Bisley & West End Christmas Tree Festival Booking Form
On the weekend of 13th and 14th December 2025 we shall be once again holding a Christmas Tree Festival, in Holy Trinity Church, West End. GU24 9QT
Our aim is to make this a real community celebration, and we are inviting you to join in.
We will have space for 38 individually decorated Christmas trees. We will provide the trees and the stands – YOU will provide the decorations, which may reflect your organisation. The trees will be approximately 125/150cm high.
This will be a wonderful opportunity to advertise your group/company activities. BE CREATIVE!! If the decorations are home made – so much the better. All the trees will have access to a power point so you will be able to add your own lights (no lit candles please!!). The trees need to be decorated on Friday 12th December between 10.30 am and 7.00pm. For safety reasons, please can you limit the number of people coming to decorate your trees.
We ask you to contribute a minimum donation of £30 for taking part. At the end of the Christmas Tree Festival the tree and your decorations (but NOT the stand) will be yours to take away. We are raising funds in aid of Woking and Sam Beare Hospices and our local Parish Funds and if you would like to increase your donation, we will be delighted.
The Christmas Tree Festival will be open to the public on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th, times to be notified nearer the event. On Sunday we hope to close the Festival with a short Service at 6.30pm, after which (or on Monday morning) you may collect your tree and remove your decorations.
