The Daily Hope phoneline created by the Church of England 0800 804 8044 is there for your throughout Lent too. In addition to the Hymns, reflections and prayers, more options are being added to help in this time of great need. The line now also offers ‘Chair Exercises on the Phone’ which are vital, but gentle exercises, as well as a series of gentle and relaxing reflections using wonderful Bible verses, to aid relaxation and sleep and bedtime.
